Our Services

$75/hrs (2 hour minimum) for studio + production office, vanities and basic grip*

$100/hr (3 hour minimum) for full access which includes: studio + outdoor spaces + production office + vanities + basic grip package

$250 flat rate - bathroom access only. Outdoor shoots include building exteriors, fields, western set and the 5-acre forest. A 6 seat side-by-side vehicle is provided for forest access.

$25/day fog/haze machine

$150/day basic rain fx package - includes one rain wand (additional pricing based on the size and complexity of the shots)

$50/day air canon* (used for safe, simulated explosions)

*Air + foam debris - NO pyrotechnics
